Proposed Technical Concept

Our Proposed technical concept include Permanently Islanded micro grid network which is standalone network .The proposed network must produce all of the generation locally that will be consumed by the loads in the network. Our main focus in our design is to Maximizes Use of PV as much as available in the specific sites in Cameroon. When renewable generation (hydro, wind, solar) and the available method of storing power (specific battery) is available, the designed system is able to maximize the use of renewable generation by enabling energy storage when it determines there is excess renewable power available or it is economically viable to do so. At a later time when there is not enough renewable generation to support the load, the system can dispatch this low cost stored energy to meet the load requirements in the most efficient manner possible.

  1.  To Maintains uninterruptible power supply for mission critical infrastructure with ability to operate in ‘islanded’ mode.

  2.  Manages turn on/off operation of low priority controllable loads in case of generation deficit situation within the “islanded” micro grid.

Our team is specialized in project development, installation as well as in the investment and operation of power plants. Nearly all team members have a global photovoltaic history with more than 10 years in different large multinational companies and were involved in the construction of a number of larger PV power plants around the world.
